We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Host Management

  • Daily management of live streaming hosts, arranging the schedules of live streaming hosts; ensuring efficient completion of each live stream.
  • Employee relationship management, including employee communication and collaboration, employee development and training, corporate culture construction.
  • Assist in handling other temporary tasks of the HR department.
  • HR management:
  • Responsible for formulating, supervising, and implementing corporate/HR management rules and regulations;

Daily administrative work:

  • Responsible for the management of daily administrative works, such as meeting organization, sending and receiving express delivery, paperwork,etc.;
  • Procurement, distribution, registration management inventory and maintenance of office supplies and fixed assets, computer/ telephone and network management, office environment maintenance.
  • Handle new employee onboarding, resignation, regularization, transfer and other related work, signing labor contracts and termination of labor contracts, etc.
  • Management and archiving of personnel files and other company documents.
  • Responsible for daily attendance management, statistics, and reviewing employees’ requests for leave and overtime.
  • Performance appraisal develop performance appraisal indicators and supervise the implementation, conduct effective performance interviews based on the appraisal results to improve performance;
  • Promoting the company’s corporate culture, organizing team building activities, festival activities and employee care activities, etc.;

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years' experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with amazon purchase and return.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred.
