Founded in 2006, Spiegelworld is a community of 600+ organizers, agitators, dreamers, doers, insiders, outsiders and iconoclasts of every flavor, on a mission to make the world a more art-filled, inspired and playful place, one unforgettable memory at a time.

Absinthe is Spiegelworld’s 15 year old flagship: intimate, irreverent, exquisitely executed, and globally revered. It’s a place where every detail has a story, the space is intimate, and hospitality is intentional. This new seated service program expands that philosophy into the guest’s arrival and table experience.

About the Role

Spiegelworld is looking for a Host to join the team at Absinthe in Las Vegas. The Host serves as the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for an unforgettable evening through warmth, professionalism, and confident presence. This role is responsible for greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, guiding them throughout the venue, and performing thoughtful table-touch service rituals that enhance the overall experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is highly organized, guest-focused, and attentive to detail, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and elevated. Success in this role requires strong floor awareness, polished guest instincts, and the ability to balance theatrical timing with disciplined hospitality standards—helping create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and electric. This is a STEX, union position that pays $23.102/hour. The schedule will be based on the team's needs.

Communication & Teamwork

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with servers, bartenders, managers, and production staff regarding guest needs, VIPs, timing, or special circumstances.
  • Use guest names when known and share relevant guest information discreetly and appropriately.
