Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth seating process
• Take and relay guest orders accurately using Square POS system
• Provide attentive table service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly and courteously
• Assist with catering event setups, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event
• Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information and taking reservations when necessary
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a memorable experience
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized dining area and catering stations at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key! We are happy to train if you'd like to grow with us.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and vendors
• Experience with POS systems a plus but will train
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus
• Knowledge of guest services, serving techniques, and proper food handling procedures
• Reliable attendance and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
