As a Host, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests—and a key part of delivering memorable dining experiences. At Wahlburgers and Native Source Restaurant Group, hosts do more than seat tables—they set the tone for hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction!

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage waitlists and reservations using approved systems
• Coordinate seating to maintain smooth dining room flow and balanced server sections
• Communicate accurate wait times and manage guest expectations
• Escort guests to tables and assist with menus when needed
• Communicate guest needs, requests, or concerns to servers and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Bring professionalism, reliability, ethical conduct, and a positive attitude to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Six months or more of customer service or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mindset
• Dependable attendance with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
