Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring optimal table utilization and guest comfort
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart, maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Assist servers during busy service periods by bussing tables and delivering food or beverages as needed
• Support banquet operations by setting up event spaces, serving food and drinks, and attending to guest needs throughout events
• Uphold food safety and handling standards while assisting with food preparation or serving in compliance with health regulations
• Maintain a welcoming environment by addressing guest inquiries courteously and ensuring their overall satisfaction

Skills

• No Previous experience necessary
• Strong guest relations and customer service skills to create positive interactions with diverse guests
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced restaurant or catering environments
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests effectively
• Experience with banquet service or hotel hospitality is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to various roles including bussing, serving, or supporting event setups
