Host/Busser/Food Runner

We are a busy and fast-paced restaurant looking for an enthusiastic and organized Host/Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with great communication and customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun and dynamic environment and earn excellent tips.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Manage the seating process, ensuring efficient table turnover and minimizing wait times
• Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring a clean and organized dining area
• Assist servers with delivering food and drinks to tables
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable
• Answer phone calls, take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Assist with opening and closure of the restaurant as well as other duties.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Possess Food handlers card
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We offer competitive pay and excellent earning potential through tips, in addition to opportunities for advancement within the company.
