We are currently hiring Support Staff, a hybrid position that combines hosting, food running, bussing, and overall floor support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced service, working as part of a team, and helping create a smooth and welcoming guest experience from start to finish.

This is an hourly + tip out position, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Position Overview

Support Staff are cross-trained to assist throughout the lounge as needed — greeting and seating guests, running food, resetting and maintaining tables, assisting bartenders and servers, helping manage guest flow, and supporting overall cleanliness and organization of the space.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, quick on their feet, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a high-volume lounge setting
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic food safety knowledge preferred
• Reliable availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
