Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Host/Cocktail Server to join our team. This role includes greeting guests, managing seating, taking drink orders, serving beverages, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in a professional manner

Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials

Check IDs and follow alcohol service laws

Keep dining/bar areas clean and organized

Handle guest questions and resolve issues politely

Work closely with bartenders, servers, and management

Process payments and maintain accurate tabs

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, lounge, or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Must be dependable and punctual

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
