Host/Door Person

The Job Overview
We are seeking a welcoming and reliable Host/Door Person with late night availability to join our team. This dynamic role involves creating a positive first impression, verifying the ID of every person upon entry, and closing tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and evening availability. This hourly position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our vibrant and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Ensure the entrance area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Monitor pub occupancy and crowd behavior
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pub
• Communicate and collaborate with staff to support overall pub operations and guest safety

We’re looking for people who:

• Have a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
• Take pride in what they do
• Are available evenings 8PM - about 3AM
• Possess strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Must be 21+
