HOSTEL MENTOR

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise hostel students and ensure their safety, discipline, and daily routine.
• Monitor student attendance, study hours, and hostel activities.
• Provide guidance, emotional support, and mentorship to students.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of hostel rooms and common areas.
• Handle emergencies and report incidents to management promptly.
• Maintain records related to student behavior, attendance, and discipline.
• Coordinate with teachers, hostel warden, and administration regarding student needs.
• Enforce hostel rules and promote a positive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HSS) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Prior experience in hostel supervision, mentoring, or residential care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage groups of students with patience and fairness.
• Willingness to work in shifts (day/night) as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
