Hostess

As a Hostess at Al Hallab Restaurant & Sweets LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand's reputation for authentic Lebanese hospitality. You will manage reservations, greet guests upon arrival, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Manage reservation systems and maintain an organized waitlist when necessary.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding restaurant hours, menu, and reservations.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to the manager when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all restaurant promotions, menu items, and services offered.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as daily guest logs and shift handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,800.00 per month
