We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from arrival to departure
• Manage reservation bookings and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or restaurant services
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating arrangements and minimize wait times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, including greeting stations and waiting areas
• Handle guest inquiries via phone with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations
• Assist in guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Skills

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse individuals
• Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries smoothly
