Role Description

This is an on-site Host/Hostess role located in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Hostess, you will welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations, and maintain an organized seating flow for the dining room. You will ensure an exceptional first and last impression for every guest through stellar communication and impeccable customer service. Additionally, you will handle phone inquiries, assist with special guest requests, and support seamless coordination among team members to enhance the dining experience.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a polished, welcoming demeanor
• Experience with managing Reservations and efficiently organizing dining flow
• Exceptional Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Proven Customer Service abilities and dedication to exceeding guest expectations
• Proficient Phone Etiquette for managing calls and special accommodations
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus
