Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Host/Hostess role located in Philadelphia, PA. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with a warm and friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include managing reservations, organizing seating arrangements, answering phone inquiries, and ensuring a seamless flow of guests into the dining area. The Host/Hostess will also coordinate with the staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Experience managing reservations and seating arrangements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
