Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hostess role located in Doha, Qatar. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the guest experience is welcoming and seamless. The role involves maintaining professional communication, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling phone inquiries with proper etiquette. The Hostess will work closely with the team to uphold the professional standards and reputation of Loft A Studio.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to create welcoming and positive interactions with clients and team members
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in coordinating details to ensure seamless scheduling and client experiences
• Ability to maintain punctuality, strong organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Commitment to delivering service excellence in line with hotel operational standards and guest satisfaction expectations
• Prior experience in hotels, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English and Arabic
