We are seeking a polished and guest-focused Hostess to join our team in Dubai. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a memorable arrival experience while managing reservations and guest flow in a dynamic, high-volume venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests with a warm, professional, and well-groomed presence
• Manage reservations and seating using systems such as SevenRooms
• Coordinate table allocations in line with service flow and VIP priorities
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and walk-ins efficiently
• Work closely with the service and management team to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain high standards of grooming and brand representation at all times

Ideal Candidat e:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations professional in upscale dining or nightlife venues, prior experience in Dubai or similar international markets is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of VIP guest handling and high-end service etiquette
• Experience with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable) is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Russian, French, Spanish or Italian will be an advantage.
• Well-presented, confident, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
