Essential Job Functions:

Greets and escorts guests to dining tables. Responsible for Cleanliness of Outlet.

Performs duties according to proper service etiquette and Company and departmental standards.

Responds to customers’ special requests or complaints; informs the supervisor on duty.

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the outlet.

Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)

Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions

Provides guests the F&B outlets hours of operation and information related to casino/resort events.

Job Qualifications

Experience Required: Previous customer experience.

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others. Able to comprehend and comply with applicable federal, state, company and departmental rules and regulations.
