As a Hostess and Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. With core skills in customer service, cash handling, and communication, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and process transactions accurately. Your premium skills in POS systems, supervising experience, and upselling will enable you to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment.
• Manage the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Utilize communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
• Uphold cash handling procedures and ensure cash register balances at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling
• Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering
• Familiarity with using a cash register
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
