- Provide a first class welcome and door hosting performance to every guest, you set the standards we want to deliver across our group and an example for all others to follow.
- Be professional and follow the door management and seating SOP policies exactly
- You must know your brand history, ethos and especially food & drinks menu inside out, and be confident to use this knowledge discussing anything to our guests which may arise from carrying out your role
- You have to be able to work independently at times but also function efficiently and professionally as part of a team, especially managing guest expectations around the wait for tables etc.
- You must ensure that your team treat every guest with respect at all times and you have a responsibility to be warm and smile with every single guest who enters our units and to make them feel at ease, this is sometimes difficult but you have to deliver this expectation even during peak service
- Every guest leaving the restaurant is thanked for their custom, wished goodbye and welcomed to return, and if possible the door is to be held open for them as this is undertaken, this must happen without exception every time as this is the last chance we have to wow our customers
- You listen and action any points of communication relevant to you and your section from your line manager regarding your role and performance expectations
- All official paperwork for example, restaurant and your section opening and closing check lists are managed and completed within the timescales expected without delay
- Previous Restaurant experience is must
- Preferred only Arabic Speaker
- Required NOC and ID available.
