Hostess (Arabic & English Speaker)

Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences? Shamla Mandi Restaurant is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hostess to join our team.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a hostess Cum Waitress (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and handle guest reservations efficiently.
• Own Visa (Plus)

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Provide menu information and answer guest inquiries.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming restaurant ambiance.
• Support in operational tasks when required.
• Call customers to collect feedback and address any inquiries.
• Actively bring in parties and increase sales through guest engagement.
• Maintain and update customer data, sharing reports with the manager daily.
• Take and manage reviews from customers to improve service.
