<Duties>

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and restaurant policies
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process payments accurately and swiftly
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all guest areas are welcoming and presentable
• Assist with reservation management and coordinate with the serving staff to optimize table turnover
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to ensure a positive dining experience
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when taking reservations or answering inquiries via phone or online platforms

<Qualifications>

• Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for guest relations is essential
• Able to count change
