Weekend mornings are mandatory Saturday/Sunday

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with enthusiasm and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their visit
• Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, balancing wait times and table availability to maximize satisfaction
• Handle cashier duties accurately
• Provide friendly assistance with menu inquiries, and special requests to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area and front of the house to ensure a welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with servers to coordinate seating and service flow

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
• Weekend morning availability
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, and hospitality standards is a plus
• Previous hotel or guest services experience can be advantageous but is not required
