Hostess Cashier

Duties

• Greet guests warmly with genuine hospitality, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from arrival to departure
• Manage reservation and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and handling reservations or waitlist updates
• Process customer transactions accurately at the cashier station, including billing and payment handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate guest seating, special requests, and timely service delivery
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
