Hostess / Cleaning & Property Coordinator (Holiday Homes) Company: Holiday Homes (short-term rental villas and apartments) Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE We are looking for an experienced and well-organized specialist who will combine the roles of: Hostess (guest check-in and check-out) Cleaning coordination and supervision Property condition control Reporting and inventory management Communication with the maintenance technician and follow-up on repairs This is a key position responsible for service quality and overall property condition. REQUIRED — RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY) Candidates without proven relevant experience will NOT be considered. Only candidates with confirmed experience in: Holiday Homes / Hotels / Serviced Apartments / Property Coordination Housekeeping Supervision / Guest Relations / Property Coordinator roles Applicants must clearly understand check-in / check-out procedures, cleaning control, inspections, reporting, and property management processes. Key Responsibilities: guest check-in and welcoming guest check-out and property inspection ensuring property cleanliness before arrivals organizing and supervising cleaners photo and video reports after cleaning identifying damages and defects transferring repair tasks to the maintenance specialist monitoring and confirming repair completion maintaining checklists for each villa full inventory of furniture, appliances, equipment and amenities ensuring asset protection and quality standards Requirements: MANDATORY experience in Holiday Homes / Hotels / Property Operations high responsibility and accuracy strong attention to detail ability to work with checklists and reports professional guest communication skills strong organizational discipline ability to coordinate cleaners and contractors Preferred: English language skills
