The Hostess cum Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, guests, and clients of Alpago Group. The role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and luxury experience while managing all front-office, hospitality, and administrative duties in line with Alpago’s corporate standards. The position is office-based in Dubai and follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule .


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain the reception area’s appearance and ensure it reflects Alpago’s high-end corporate image.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue access passes, and coordinate with security for clearances.
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments through professional front-desk coordination.


Hospitality & Guest Relations

  • Prepare and serve refreshments to guests, ensuring meeting rooms are set up before and after appointments.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedules, and setups for management and client meetings.
  • Support in organizing in-office events, executive visits, and hospitality arrangements as required.

Administrative Support

  • Handle courier services, mail distribution, and maintenance of front-desk supplies.
  • Support the HR and Administration departments in documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update staff contact lists, visitor records, and daily attendance where applicable.


Professional Presentation

  • Maintain an elegant and polished appearance as per the Alpago Dress Code & Appearance Policy (formal black and white attire, neat grooming, and minimal accessories).
  • Exhibit professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent Alpago’s luxury brand image with poise and a positive demeanor.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Hostess, or Front Office Executive in a luxury or corporate environment .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English fluency essential
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
