Hostess for Exhibition

Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident and outgoing Exhibition Hostess to represent our brand at events and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate will engage with visitors, create engaging social media content, and promote our products/services while ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience .

Event Details: Temporary/event-based role. Summer Fancy Foods 2026 NY, USA.

Venue: Javits Center, 429 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001, United States

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Promote the company, its products, and services to potential customers.

Create and share social media content (photos, videos, live updates) during events.

Encourage audience interaction and increase brand visibility online.

Distribute promotional materials and merchandise to visitors.

Answer basic questions about the company and offerings.

Maintain a presentable and organised booth at all times.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, approachable, and energetic personality.

Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.

Previous experience in promotions, events, or customer service is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Content creation or influencer experience

Sales or brand promotion experience

Multilingual abilities (English & Other Languages Preferred)

Salary: TBD and depends on the experience

Working Hours

Sunday 28th - 9:30am to 5:00pm

Monday 29th - 9:30am to 5:00pm

Tuesday 30th - 9:30am to 4:00pm

Work Location: In person
