Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service with excellent phone etiquette
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Support the restaurant team by delivering food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including bussing tables and replenishing supplies as needed
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries and ensuring guests feel valued throughout their visit
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, safety, and service excellence

Skills

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services, and restaurant operations
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle guest inquiries professionally
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure
• Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus but not required
