Hostess/Busser

Overview:

Join our team as a Host/Busser where you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the food industry and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide menus
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Support servers with refilling beverages and delivering food
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting is preferred
- Ability to handle food items safely and adhere to food handling guidelines
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively
