Hostess/Cashier

Overview:
We are seeking a Host/Cashier to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the restaurant or hotel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with the restaurant or hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
- Support other team members as needed to deliver a positive guest experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in using POS systems for cash handling
- Knowledge of guest relations practices to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure during peak hours
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries
