We are looking for an experienced individual with a great personality. Who primarily would run the floor, greets and seats guests, manages reservations and waitlists, and maintains a tidy reception area. They are the first point of contact, setting the tone for the guest's dining experience by ensuring a warm welcome, providing accurate wait times, escorting guests to tables, and helping to resolve any initial concerns. They also collaborate with servers, help with other tasks during busy periods, and thank departing guests. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations:
- Greeting and Welcoming: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, setting a positive first impression.
- Seating: Escort guests to their tables or the waiting area and provide menus.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Logistics and Operations:
- Reservations and Waitlists: Manage incoming reservations and maintain a waitlist for walk-in guests during peak times.
- Seating Management: Assign guests to tables, keeping in mind table rotation, guest preferences, and group size.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and answer questions about the restaurant.
- Team Collaboration:
- Server Coordination: Introduce guests to their server and coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure efficient service.
- Assistance: Help out servers and other staff members with tasks, especially during busy periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
