Hostess/Host

We’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and energetic Host/Hostess to be the first face our guests see when they walk through the door. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can light up a room with great personality and confident eye contact, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with a genuine smile, strong eye contact, and upbeat energy
• Manage the seating chart, waitlist, and reservations
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Quote accurate wait times and keep guests informed
• Answer phones and assist with takeout pickups
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth flow
• Keep the entryway tidy, inviting, and organized
• Help reset tables and support the front-of-house team during busy moments
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with positivity and professionalism

• A friendly, outgoing personality that makes people feel welcome
• Consistent, confident eye contact and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Team-oriented attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
