Oakley’s Wine Bar & Bistro is a locally owned restaurant in Foley, Alabama focused on great food, hospitality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. We offer a supportive team environment and a rare restaurant schedule — we are closed every Sunday and Monday to support better work-life balance for our employees.

We are currently hiring friendly, dependable, and professional hosts/hostesses to join our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Manage seating and waitlists
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
• Communicate effectively with servers and management
• Help create a positive guest experience from arrival to departure

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
• Evening shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Closed Sundays & Mondays
