Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using Yelp System
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction from the moment they arrive
• Handle guest inquiries via phone with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance
• Support guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns promptly and positively
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area

Experience

• Minimum of one year of host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Proven food service background with strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise
• Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus but not required
