Be part of our opening team and help create one of the biggest sports bar experiences in Georgia. Glacier is an elevated sports bar and lounge bringing together high-energy nightlife, upscale food, specialty cocktails, premium hospitality, and unforgettable game-day experiences.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced Front of House team members who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to create memorable guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, outgoing personalities

• Hospitality-driven mindset
• Weekend and late-night availability preferred
• Experience preferred (2+ years for most FOH positions; bartenders require strong cocktail knowledge and experience)

Position ResponsibilitiesBartenders

• Craft cocktails, serve beer/wine/liquor, and maintain bar cleanliness
• Deliver fast, friendly, high-energy service
• Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
• Maintain extensive menu and liquor knowledge

Barbacks

• Restock liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and glassware
• Keep bars clean, organized, and fully stocked during service
• Support bartenders in maintaining smooth operations

Servers

• Provide attentive and knowledgeable table service
• Guide guests through food and drink menus
• Deliver elevated hospitality while maintaining speed and efficiency

Server Assistants / Food Runners

• Run food quickly and accurately
• Assist servers with guest needs and table maintenance
• Help maintain smooth dining room operations

Bussers

• Reset and clean tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Support FOH team during peak volume

VIP Hosts / Hostesses

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and energy
• Manage reservations and VIP sections
• Create a memorable first impression and upscale guest experience
