We are looking for an energetic and friendly Host/Expo to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will also assist in coordinating food delivery from the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service. If you love creating positive guest experiences and thrive in a lively restaurant setting, this position is perfect for you!

<Duties>

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage reservations with excellent phone etiquette.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus while explaining daily specials or restaurant features.
• Coordinate between the front-of-house staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in plating and organizing food orders for timely delivery to tables, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and dining area, including resetting tables promptly.
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and hospitality.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders when needed.

<Experience>

• Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Experience working with food service operations, including serving or guest services, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
