Hiring for: Bussers - Expos - Hosts

Ke'e Grill in Juno Beach is looking for a dependable and experienced workers to join our team! Previous experience preferred, 3-4 shifts per week, job is perfect for students, ONLY evening shifts! Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Busser duties include:

• Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen
• Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
• Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
• Assist servers with food delivery
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked

Host

• Guest Welcome: Greet and warmly welcome guests as they arrive.
• Reservation Management: Take, confirm, and manage reservations and the waiting list.
• Seating: Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and introduce servers.
• Wait Time Estimates: Accurately quote wait times during busy periods.
• Communication Hub: Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff about table availability and guest needs.
• Information Provider: Inform guests about daily specials, promotions, and menu items.
• ** Environment Maintenance:** Keep the host stand and waiting area clean and organized.
• Customer Service: Handle complaints, answer phones, and address general guest inquiries.
• Support Duties: Assist waitstaff, bus tables, or process payments during slow times or rushes.
• Farewell: Thank departing guests and invite them back.

Job Type: Part-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
