Host/Hostess

*Overview* We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services in a indoor golf and cafe setting. *Duties* - Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service - Clean guests clubs, teach them about how our simulators work and manage reservations efficiently - Communicate effectively with guests and team members - Handle phone calls with courtesy and professionalism - Utilize POS systems, including Square POS, to manage seating arrangements - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area *Experience* - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests - Knowledge of guest relations practices is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
