Host/Hostess

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team in a busy restaurant environment. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and quality of food and beverages, and contributing to the overall success of our fine dining establishment.

Duties:

• Must be comfortable dealing with guest services in-person and on the phone.
• Must love to solve puzzles when it comes to floor mapping and must be available on weekends.
• Must have experience with Resy or Open Table

Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant environment is required.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $16.90/hr + tips
