Host/Hostess

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a host/hostess, you will greet guests warmly, manage wait lists, and ensure a smooth and welcoming front-of-house experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you!

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage reservation and wait lists using [reservation software or manual system]
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate wait-time estimates
• Coordinate with servers and managers to maintain smooth seating flow
• Keep the front entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
