We are currently hiring to fill various FOH Positions.
Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Food-runners.
General Requirements for all Positions:
- Valid Food Handler's Card
- Must be at least 18 years or older (21 years for Bartender)
- Use and handle POS system and other required software
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Maintains a neat & clean appearance

Server Position Requirements:
***REQUIRED: 2 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AS RESTAURANT SERVER . ***DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN’T MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS.
- Familiarity with Korean cuisine
- Greets customers in friendly manner
- Takes orders for food and beverages, and runs food to tables
- Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)
- Observes guests, ensuring guests needs met in timely manner
- Presents guest check to each table and accepts a form of payment
- Able to work with hot, cold, & hazardous equipment
- Changes hot grills when observing the grill is burned
- Basic wine/beverage knowledge
- Practices teamwork by assisting other team members by running food, greeting other tables, pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and providing assistance to other tables and team members when necessary
- Conducts set up and closing procedures
Bartender Position Requirements:
***REQUIRED: 2 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AS RESTAURANT BARTENDER . ***DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN’T MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS.
- Interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
- Greets guests, explains signature items, tours the guest through the menu, listens and responds to questions
- Suggestively sells and upgrades drinks (specialty, premium and call brands), appetizers, entrées and dessert menu items
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Actively maintains a clean work environment
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Mixes and serves alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Ability to walk multiple drinks to customers table
Host Position Requirements:
- Answers phone calls responding to questions, taking to-go orders and reservations
- Informs/explains our unique menu and policies to guest
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Makes correct change and/or completes the proper charge card procedure in timely manner
- Participates cleaning and maintaining a clean work environment
Food Runner Position Requirements:
- Prepare take-out orders
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
- Actively maintains a clean work environment
- Changes hot grills when observing the grill is burned
- Check in with customers and take additional orders and refill water, as needed
- Restock and replenish all side dishes
