Lucy Restaurant at Comedy Works is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host. If you have a knack for creating memorable dining experiences and enjoy interacting with guests, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Manage the seating process efficiently, balancing reservations and walk-in guests to optimize table turnover.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with the management team to uphold restaurant standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Work alongside Comedy Works to ensure guests are sat at their reserved table prior to show start each night

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for providing outstanding service and creating positive guest experiences.
