What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome
• Manage wait lists and seating arrangements to ensure smooth restaurant flow
• Monitor table availability and communicate effectively with managers and servers
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates and assist guests while they wait
• Answer phones professionally and assist guests with questions and reservations
• Learn our menu and promotions so you can confidently assist guests
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed
• Support the team wherever necessary to ensure an exceptional guest experience
