Host/Hostess for Activity Department

Seeking energetic and dedicated staff for our activities department!

Our fun and flexible environment seeks staff who are compassionate, dependable and will enjoy working with our residents.

• Plan and implement activities focused on the emotional well-being of our residents.
• Directs and performs activities, social hours, outings and events. Plans and schedules entertainers and entertainment parties.
• Transport residents to/from and during activities using our facility vehicle.
• Responsible for resident assessment documentation to be completed upon move in during new resident orientation and bi-annually for current residents.
• Assist in the monitoring of residents for change in condition and changes of needs.
• Assist in addressing resident concerns, requests and complaints or grievances.
• Back up receptionist as needed.
• Recruit & Train volunteers and maintain data base of volunteers.
• Compensation based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in assisted living or skilled care facility, or home health care.
• Willing to motivate and encourage residents to participate.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
