Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostless to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service within the restaurant. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests regarding their seating status.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for managing reservations and orders.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host/Host or in food service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of serving techniques and hospitality standards.
• Experience with POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
