Security / Host – Volleyball Beach Bar

Sunset leagues. Packed tournament nights. Fun music. Cold drinks.

We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and observant Security / Host to help keep our Volleyball Beach Bar safe, welcoming, and running smoothly.

This role is part guest ambassador, part safety lead. You’ll be the first face guests see — and the calm, professional presence that keeps the vibe fun and respectful for everyone.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests as they arrive and create a welcoming first impression
• Check IDs and monitor entry to ensure compliance with alcohol laws
• Monitor guest behavior and proactively de-escalate situations
• Enforce house policies calmly and consistently
• Maintain awareness of bar, patio, and court areas
• Assist staff during high-volume league nights and events
• Support closing procedures and ensure guests exit safely
• Communicate clearly with management and bartenders

Previous security, hospitality, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus — but not required. We value professionalism, reliability, and good judgment above all.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to monitor large, active spaces
• Ability to respond quickly if situations arise
