Host/Server

We are seeking friendly and professional individual to fill our Host/Hostess position. Ideal candidates will work at the front of the house under the supervision of our General Manager/ Manager on Duty. The aim of our restaurant is to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience that includes high quality authentic Japanese cuisine together with a vibrant yet high-class ambiance and welcoming hospitality.

• Greet all guests warmly
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Work with service staff in monitoring proper seating flow
• Assist guests with questions
• Answer phones in a polite manner
• Take to-go orders

Requirements:

• All candidates must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude. Be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic, and able to multitask and take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment
• Previous experience in the hostess/retail/hotel/country club industry
• Maintains a "sense of urgency" attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Exceptional communication skills and articulation
• Open Full-Time Availability and Flexible Schedule

Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends.
