Host/Server

Job Description:
We are looking for friendly and flexible Hosts, Servers, or Floaters to join our team. This is not traditional restaurant table service, instead, you’ll be helping guests navigate the food court, keeping the space clean, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests as they enter
• Provide basic info and assist guests navigate the robotic machines, the different brands, and dining area.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Support customer flow and experience throughout the space
• Float between general hosting, light cleaning, and guest support as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Great customer service and attention to clients
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay active on your feet
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling
• Must be available for evening and/or weekend shifts

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
