Host/Server

Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Host/Server to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring smooth dining service. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists when necessary
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Process payments and handle transactions as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capable of carrying trays and lifting up to 25 lbs

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
