JoSa on the River is an upscale restaurant and lounge located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. We are currently looking for professional, energetic, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Host/Servers.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and understands the importance of creating an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and positive energy

- Seat guests efficiently while managing reservations and wait times

- Provide knowledgeable and attentive table service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area

- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff

- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

- Uphold the standards and atmosphere of an upscale dining environment

Qualifications:

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Reliable transportation and weekend availability preferred

- Ability to work as part of a team
