Host/Server

We are looking for team-oriented individuals who can contribute across multiple front-of-house roles includingHost and Servers. At Finn & Fire, every front-of-house team member plays a direct role in creating a smooth, memorable, and high-energy guest experience.

This is a dynamic hospitality role for individuals who are adaptable, guest-focused, and thrive in fast-paced restaurant environments. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality instincts, a sense of urgency, and a team-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you may be scheduled in one or more service positions depending on business needs, experience, and shift flow. Responsibilities may include:

  • Greet guests warmly and create a strong first impression
  • Manage guest flow, seating, and front door hospitality
  • Support table service through food running, bussing, resetting, and guest assistance
  • Guide guests through the menu and provide attentive table service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and drinks with speed, professionalism, and accuracy
  • Support bar operations by running drinks, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Prepare and serve beverages with consistency and urgency (bartending experience preferred for bar shifts)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas
  • Anticipate guest and team needs before being asked
  • Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers to ensure smooth service
  • Help maintain a clean, polished, and high-energy guest environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
